Mr. Costas has 40 years of experience in all phases of hotel development and operations. He has a B.S. in Accounting from Penn State University. Mr. Costas began his career in public accounting and became a Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania. In 1977, Mr. Costas joined Wellesley Inns, a growing hotel company at the time, which eventually grew to 38 hotels in seven states. Mr. Costas held various accounting and finance positions including CFO and President of Wellesley Inns. After the sale of Wellesley Inns in 1988, Mr. Costas renovated existing hotels and developed new hotels throughout the east coast of the United States. Since 1996, Mr. Costas built, as a general contractor, six Hampton Inns in Palm Beach County Florida during which he was a Certified General Contractor in the State of Florida. Mr. Costas is currently President of Green Park Management LLC that manages the two remaining Hampton Inns in Lake Worth and Wellington owned and operated by Green Park in Palm Beach County.
Mr. Guarini has more than 25 years of experience in developing hotel properties and is currently the Vice President of Green Park in which he oversees the daily operations of the hotels. Beginning in 1990 he served as Quality Assurance Inspector and in several other capacities for the Wellesley Group. In 1996, he joined Green Park where he has served in several capacities, including Director of Operations, while developing and operating the eight Hampton Inns and the Hilton Garden Inn owned and operated by Green Park. In 2004, he began to take over responsibilities of managing Green Park from his father. Mr. Guarini also speaks Italian and is proficient in French and Spanish. Mr. Guarini obtained a Master’s Degree in Finance and Banking while at UBS in Switzerland. He holds a B.S. from Lynn University in Florida.
Mr. Panakos has 40 years’ experience in Marketing, Operating and Revenue Managing hotel properties. He spent the early years of his career with the Sheraton Corporation. In 1984 he left Sheraton Corporation to become the General Manager of the Berkley Hotel in Fort Lauderdale. In 1986 Mr. Panakos joined the Wellesley Group to open the first Wellesley Inn in South Florida. He later served as the Director of Marketing for the Wellesley Group and went on to open 16 Wellesley Inns with the Wellesley Team through 1992. In 1992, Mr. Panakos joined the Prime Hospitality Corporation as Director of Sales and Marketing for Prime’s 15 hotels throughout Florida. In that capacity, he opened an additional 4 hotels. In 1994, Prime acquired the AmeriSuites Hotel Chain. In his new role, Mr. Panakos directed the Sales and Marketing and Revenue Management for 13 AmeriSuites Hotels throughout the United States. He went on to open 12 hotels with the AmeriSuites Team through 1996. In 1996, Mr. Panakos joined Green Park Management to Operate, Market and Revenue Manage the newly formed companies’ hotels. He went on to open 8 Hampton Inns and 1 Hilton Garden Inn with the Green Park Management Team. Mr. Panakos holds a B.A. Degree in Business Administration from University of South Florida and a B.S. Degree in Hospitality Management from Florida International University.
Mr. Lewis has more than 25 years accounting and tax experience and has been the Controller for Green Park since 2003. Mr. Lewis handles all day to day accounting and bookkeeping responsibilities. Prior to Green Park, Mr. Lewis was an Enrolled Agent federally authorized by the Internal Revenue Service representing taxpayers in various tax matters. He holds a B.B.A in Accounting from Troy University
Mr. Oliveira is a seasoned professional with over 16 years of combined experience in the construction and waste industries. He has a proven track record of developing and optimizing operational procedures that reduce costs and increase efficiencies for various organizations, including the prestigious Fortune 500 company Waste Management.
As his career progressed, Mr. Oliveira took on more significant leadership roles, particularly in the accounting and finance department of the construction industry. His expertise in financial management and business development helped secure the approval of numerous loans that facilitated the growth and expansion of the companies he worked for.
Mr. Oliveira holds an M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance from Nova Southeastern University, where he honed his skills in financial analysis and strategic planning. He also earned a B.A. in Finance and a minor in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University, where he developed a deep understanding of the principles of financial accounting and investment management.
Overall, Mr. Oliveira is a results-driven professional who is passionate about leveraging his knowledge and skills to drive growth and success for his organization and its stakeholders.
